Prudentia's Partner and Member of the Council welcomes the intention of the Latvian state to facilitate the state's opportunities to invest in bonds of Latvian companies. This will contribute to the development of the capital market in Latvia, as a part of residents' deposits of around EUR 20 billion in banks could be transferred to the capital market. In the case of airBaltic, such an investment would contribute to the growth of the company as well , and the state could earn interest from the investment.
